Inclusology, an all-in-one DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) Management platform, has acquired Diverse City Group. After a year, stakeholders of Inclusology unanimously agreed on the acquisition.
“It was a long process, but we wanted to ensure that it was done legitimately and the numbers and strategy made sense, and I’m glad we finally reached an agreement,” says Ingram, the founder and CEO of both entities.
Inclusology offers clients assessments/audits, industry benchmarking to improve DEI performance, eLearning and face-to-face learning, and automated strategic planning. Inclusology will combine the strategic methodologies of Diverse City to evolve its online platform as it prepares to integrate artificial intelligence and more elearning into the enhancement of its platform. Both companies are hyper-focused on DEI’s sustainability and changing how we measure and implement DEI strategy to improve workplace performance.
